Product Overview

The CM1693 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection, designed for mobile applications. It features four, six, or eight C-L-C filter channels within a compact uDFN package. Each channel provides a 3-pole L-C filter with component values of 10 pF - 26 nH - 12 pF, offering a roll-off frequency at -6 dB attenuation of 300 MHz and supporting data rates up to 140 Mbps. The device delivers over -30 dB attenuation from 800 MHz to 6 GHz. Integrated ESD diodes on every pin offer 18 kV ESD protection, exceeding IEC61000-4-2 requirements. This makes the CM1693 ideal for EMI filtering and protection of data and control lines for LCD displays and cameras in wireless handsets, mobile LCD modules, and PDAs.
